Patient Joins Virtual Visit
The patient connects to their scheduled televisit through your existing telehealth platform — on their smartphone, tablet, or laptop. No additional app downloads, no device pairing, no special preparation. The same camera used for the video call will capture their vital signs.
Vitals Capture Activates
At the configured point in the visit workflow — during intake, at provider request, or automatically — the vitals capture module activates. The patient holds still for 30 seconds while rPPG technology analyzes facial blood flow patterns from the camera feed they're already using.
On-Device Processing
Advanced neural networks process the video frames locally on the patient's device. Heart rate, HRV, SpO2, and stress index are extracted in real-time. No raw video leaves the device — only structured vital signs data transmits through your secure clinical infrastructure.
Provider Reviews Vitals
Vital signs appear in the provider's clinical dashboard during the visit. Values outside normal ranges are flagged automatically. After the visit, vitals flow into the EHR record, populating flowsheets and clinical documentation alongside visit notes — no manual entry required.
